PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device of an opening and closing device capable of shortening time after the enter from an entering port means such as a door or the like until the locking is released as much as possible. SOLUTION: An over door connects the required number of long sideways strip-shaped opening and closing body constitutional members through hinges so as to make a bendable manner, and it is moved along a guide rail so as to open and close an opening section. The guide rail slidingly moves the over door, and it is provided along both side columns of the opening section and the ceiling surface. A locking means is locked so that the over door can not make opening operation in a closed state the opening section. An entering port door is an entering door provided adjacently to the opening section. The entering port door is usually provided to either right side or left side of the opening section.
