PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a plate-like body composed of an internal facing material or an external facing material to a phenol foam thermal insulation material fixed to a backing material of a building, by using a hot melt adhesive. SOLUTION: The phenol foam thermal insulation material 2 for arranging a face material 2a composed of nonwoven fabric or woven fabric on both surfaces, is fixed to the backing material 1 of the building by a machine screw 3. A metallic piece 5 for applying the hot melt adhesive to both surfaces, is temporarily fastened to a surface of the phenol foam thermal insulation material 2. The plate-like body 6 is contacted with the surface of the phenol foam thermal insulation material 2 for temporarily fastening the metallic piece 5. Next, the plate-like body 6 is adhered to the phenol foam thermal insulation material 2 by melting (softening) the hot melt adhesive applied to the metallic piece 5 by electromagnetic induction heating, by operating a heater from a surface of the plate-like body 6.
