PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a property regulating agent for a resin capable of regulating only a specific property of the resin while keeping the other properties and obtain a property regulated resin composition produced by using the agent. SOLUTION: The property regulating agent for the resin to improve a property of the resin is composed of a holding material and a property regulating component embedded in the surface of the holding material. Both of the holding material and the property regulating component are exposed on the surface of the property regulating agent for the resin, and the area of the individual exposed part of the property regulating component is selected to avoid the interaction between the property regulating component and the resin whose property is regulated.
