PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an error is sometimes detected in starting in response to a detection timing since a conventional ultrasonic operation apparatus has an individual difference by configuration component. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic operation apparatus comprises a water supply suction part 4 for supplying and sucking a solution in order to wash an operation field and to adjust the temperature of a probe 2 which is arranged in a hand piece 1 so as to crush/emulsify organism tissue. The apparatus does not determine propriety till determination delay time t1, which is predetermined as a dead time, elapses in starting a pump. After a pump motor is started, the determination delay time t1 is arbitrarily set as a required time till the number of rotation times reaches the times for supplying the desired amount of solution supply.
