<p>There is provided an ink jet recorder capable of performing high resolution image recording free from roughness or irregularities on the image surface by appropriately regulating the quantity of ink even when each ink is ejected independently. The ink jet recorder comprises a recording head for ejecting UV-curing ink onto a recording medium P, and a UV-irradiator having a UV-light source for irradiating ejected ink with light. The ink jet recorder is further provided with a control section for determining the maximum recording rate per color by the recording head (6) to fall within a range of 80-95%, assuming that the recording rate for recording all pixels per color is 100%.</p> |
