<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce parasitic capacities among bonding wires even when distances among the bonding wires are not increased in an angular-velocity detector electrically connecting an angular-velocity detecting element and a circuit board through a plurality of the bonding wires. <P>SOLUTION: In the angular-velocity detector S1, the detector S1 has a substrate 10; the angular-velocity detecting element 100 having a vibrator being mounted on the substrate 10 and being capable of being vibrated in a surface horizontal to the substrate 10, and detecting an angular velocity in the periphery of an axis vertical to the substrate 10 on the basis of the vibrations of the vibrator; and the circuit board 200. The angular-velocity detecting element 100 and the circuit board 200 are connected by a plurality of the bonding wires 70 and 71.
