<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate fin attached to the inside and outside of a heat transfer tube, and a multitubular heat exchanger provided with at least one heat transfer tube internally provided with the plate fin, which can be applied to a cooling device with superior cooling efficiency, flexibly corresponding to various conditions of a fluid even with a simple structure and easy machining, promoting an efficient heat exchange function with respect to the fluid, and capable of corresponding to a wide range of fluids. <P>SOLUTION: The plate fin for fluid agitation is attached to the inside and outside of the heat transfer tube, and it is for causing agitation action of a turbulent flow or an vortex flow with respect to the fluid comprising a medium to be cooled or a cooling medium communicated through the inside and outside of the heat transfer tube. The plate fins attached to the inside and outside of the heat transfer tube such that tips of the plate fins are vertically faced and butted against each other and the tips are crossed, its manufacturing method, the heat transfer tube internally provided with the plate fins, and the heat exchanger or the EGR gas cooling device provided with at least one heat transfer tube are provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
