<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk wherein a contact area of the optical disk with a guide is reduced to reduce friction and to avoid sliding by providing fine protrusions on a guide surface side of a flexible disk and a surface resistance value of the optical disk and the guide is lowered to prevent static electricity and adhesion of dust by reducing electric resistance of the surfaces of the optical disk and the guide and to provide an optical disk driving apparatus driving the optical disk. <P>SOLUTION: In the sheet-shaped optical disk 5 having flexibility, relation of surface roughness Ra of one side surface and a floating distance D between the one side surface and the guide 7 for reducing surface deflection is represented by D>Ra. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
