<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacture device for a conductive brush roller capable of stably erecting tilted pile yarn in the case of manufacturing a conductive brush roller. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacture device for the conductive brush roller is provided with a brush roller holding and rotating part for holding and rotating the conductive brush roller, an edge cutting part for cutting the edge part of the pile yarn of the brush roller and a comb-shaped napping part for napping the pile yarn.
