<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a powder mixture, capable of giving a starch food, such as noodles, by using rice flour as a main raw material with simple raw material formulation and production processes. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the powder mixture is mainly composed of a popping process P1 for heating and pressurizing rice 30 and then popping the rice by subjecting the rice to decompression treatment, so as to obtain popped rice 31, a powdering process P2 for powdering the popped rice 31, so as to obtain popped rice flour 33, and a mixing process P3 for mixing the popped rice flour 33 with at least rice flour 22 and wheat flour 40, so as to obtain the powder mixture 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
