<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structural body which can be easily diagnosed whether a crack is generated at a substrate on which an IC is mounted directly or via a flexible board, to provide an electrooptical apparatus provided with the mounting structural body and to provide an electronic device provided with the electrooptical apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In the electrooptical apparatus 1a, when a substrate crack is not generated at an element substrate 10 and a conductive pattern 83 for diagnosing a substrate crack is not disconnected, a signal outputted from a diagnostic part 58 to a bump 55 is inputted in the diagnostic part 58 as it is via a pad 45, the conductive pattern 83 for diagnosing the substrate crack, a pad 46 and a bump 56.
