CUSHIONING STRUCTURE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushioning structure capable of being changed in its shape by bending or the like and having a soft touch feeling, and its manufacturing method.

SOLUTION: The cushioning structure A is a structure composed of a core material 1 containing a flat plastically deformable metal reticulated element 11 and a soft resin 2 having cushioning properties and characterized in that the core material 1 is embedded in the soft resin 2 and integrated with the soft resin 2 to be made plastically deformable. The manufacturing method thereof is also disclosed. Preferably, the core material 1 is constituted by further laminating a nonwoven fabric 12 on the metal reticulated element 11.
