<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonated water manufacturing apparatus which can manufacture carbonated water containing gaseous carbon dioxide dissolved in high content, that is high in gas volume, by preventing the power for closing a check valve from lowering. <P>SOLUTION: In the carbonated water manufacturing apparatus, a water pump 11 for sending drinking water stored in a water reservoir 10 by pressurization, a water feed valve 17 which permits passage of pressurized water sent by the water pump 11 into a carbonater tank 41 and a water injection nozzle 50 incorporating a check valve for preventing counterflow from the carbonater tank 41, are disposed. Further a controlling section 91 is arranged for controlling so that the water feed valve 17 is opened simultaneously with driving of the water pump 11 to inject the pressurized water into the carbonater tank 41, the water feed valve 17 is closed simultaneously with stop of driving of the water pump 11 and the closed water feed valve 17 is opened for sometime after elapse of predetermined time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
