<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To try to improve the efficiency of a detecting and processing operation when two or more moving things such as balls, players or the like are identified and the positional relationship is detected in a sports scene in a wide playing field. <P>SOLUTION: From a first and a second physical objects, physical object identifier signals which are peculiar to a first and a second physical objects are transmitted, and the information relating to a distance between the first physical object and the second physical object and the physical object identifier signals of the opposite party are transmitted as the relative positional information by the first or the second physical object. The first or the second physical object identifier signal is received by many coordinate position receiving sections disposed in the region and the relative positional information is received by a relative position receiving section to acquire the first and the second physical object identifier signals and the relative positional information.
