PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device for recording vividly the sound from the front even if a microphone is provided on the side face while the sound from the rear is hardly recorded. SOLUTION: An imaging unit (1) and a microphone unit (5) are provided and the microphone unit (5) is arranged on the side face (1b), and reflection means (7, 15, 16) for reflecting the sound from the front to the side face (1b) are provided at a position more backward from the microphone unit (5). A camera unit (502B) having an imaging unit (1) and the microphone unit (5) on the side face (1b), and a main body unit (502A) for supporting the camera unit (502B) rotatively around an axis (CL3) crossing with an optical axis (CL1) are provided. In addition, a reflective means (14) exposed through rotation of the camera unit (502B) for reflecting sound (s) from the front to the side face (1b) is provided at the main body unit (502A).
