<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of being easily assembled by reducing screw fastening work in assembling a housing, smoothly mounting and demounting a front plate in maintenance check or the like of an air conditioner main body, and keeping its good appearance. <P>SOLUTION: The housing storing an air conditioner body is composed of a back plate, a pair of side plates 4 integrally connected with left and right side ends of the back plate, the front plate 5 connected with front ends of both side plates 4, and a top plate. First inward-curved flange parts 7 are mounted on front ends of the side plates 5, and handle parts 8 are mounted at an upper part side. The top plate is provided with connecting parts 32 mounted between the handle part 8 and the first inward-curved flange part 7, respectively. Second inward-curved flange parts 16 are mounted on left and right side ends of the front plate 5. Screw members 10 are inserted and screwed from front side inner parts of the handle members 8 toward a front part for integrally screwing and connecting the connecting part 32 of the top plate, the first inward-curved flange part 7 and the second inward-curved flange part 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
