PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack in which battery swelling due to abnormal rise of the battery inner pressure at high temperatures can be prevented, and in which the battery can be used continuously even when the temperature deceases afterwards. SOLUTION: As for the tight sealing of an outer package (laminated film) of a battery 10, an adhesiveness capable of maintaining the tight sealing is provided at a prescribed temperature or less, and at the prescribed temperature or more, a thermally reversible pressure-sensitive adhesive (thermally reversible pressure-sensitive adhesive layer) 20 is used of which the adhesiveness decreases to that which can not maintain the tight sealing, and a pressure from a case (first case half body) 14 is added to a part for which the thermally reversible pressure-sensitive adhesive 20 is used.
