PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a short circuit accident of a motor 7 which is caused when extension lines from a coil 12 in a stator 5 are put into contact with a support member 3 leading to dielectric breakdown. SOLUTION: A projected portion 23 is provided at a first circuit board 10 so that the extension lines 13 (u, v, w) and the common extension line 14 of the coil 12 in the stator 5 for the motor 7 may not directly come into contact with the support member (a frame chassis 3), then it is forcedly put into the opening 22 of the frame chassis 3. The first circuit board 10 is to connect the extension lines to a second circuit board 8, and the opening 22 is formed to pass each of the extension lines to a lower face side from an upper face side. The projected portion 23 is put into between the edge of the opening 22 and each of the extension lines 13 (u, v, w), 14 to prevent each of the extension lines 13 (u, v, w), 14 from being directly brought into contact with the frame chassis 3.
