PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably transmit untransmitted image data set to be transmitted at a designated time, even if the present time is updated to a time advanced from an already set time. SOLUTION: If the present time received from an external device (NTP server 204) is a time after a time measured by a time measuring means (RTC 108), untransmitted image data which should have been transmitted before the present time by a setting means (operation panel 110) is transmitted in response to the fact that a time measured by the time measuring means (RTC 108) has been updated on the basis of the present time information.
