PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communications apparatus capable of efficiently utilizing antennas. SOLUTION: The radio communications apparatus comprises a plurality of radio parts 44 including at least one radio transmission element for transmitting a radio signal through an antenna included in each radio communication means and at least one radio-receiving element for receiving the radio signal arriving at the antenna; and a radio part selecting part 41 for selecting at least part of these radio parts 44, on the basis of the receiving state of the signal received by each radio part 44, to transmit the signal by the radio transmission element included in the radio part 44 selected by the radio part selecting part 41.
