PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a communication means that takes into consideration the circumstance of a receiving person and the circumstance of the communication means. SOLUTION: This information processing method related with a communication method for allowing a first user to communicate with a second user comprises an extraction step of extracting data related with a communication means, corresponding to the status of the second user from a data storage part; and a data generating step of generating data, expressing a status at a processing point of time for each communication means to the second user by using the extracted data related with the communication, means corresponding to the status of the second user, and for transmitting the data to the terminal of the first user.
