PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulating sheet which exhibits sufficient sound insulating performance against noise of nearly 1,000 Hz. SOLUTION: An arbitrary number of independent foam layers 11, continuous foam layers 12, and fibrous sound absorbing materials 13 are laminated in arbitrary order to cut off noise of nearly 1,000 Hz. An arbitrary number of independent foam layers 11 and fibrous sound absorbing materials 13 are laminated in arbitrary order. Further, an arbitrary number of continuous foam layers 12 and fibrous sound absorbing materials 13 are laminated in arbitrary order.
