PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold blast fan capable of easily recognizing the water capacity in a tank 24. SOLUTION: The tank 24 storing water is arranged in a tank layout section 38, a flow outlet 28 of the bottom of the tank 24 is opened, and the water in the tank 24 is made to flow out of the flow outlet 28 and stored in a water bowl 18. A buoyancy generating body 30 disposed under the tank 24 is pushed into the water stored in the water bowl 18 by the weight of the tank 24 including water to generate buoyancy. The tank 24 is raised by the buoyancy of the buoyancy generating body 30 according to the reduction of the water capacity in the tank 24.
