PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat dissipating module having noise control structure, capable of substantially reducing noise during fan operation, since noise generated at the time of rotation of a fan is sealed inside an air guide pipe. SOLUTION: Mainly, the heat dissipating module is placed on a fitting tool having a heat dissipating device therein, and the fitting tool includes a fitting unit and a base placed above and below the heat dissipating device, respectively. The heat dissipating module includes a fan, the air guide pipe and a connection base. The fan includes a case body and a plurality of fan blades arranged inside the case body. The air guide pipe forms a flow guiding tank, and both sides of the connection base are connected with the fan and the air guide pipe, respectively. The connection base includes a base plate, and on the center of the base plate, a penetrating open hole communicated with the flow guiding tank is formed. At the time of use, air passes through the connection base from the flow guiding tank and is blown to the heat dissipating device.
