PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shield structure easy to construct on a concrete body structure for maintaining stable electromagnetic wave shielding performance for an long period. SOLUTION: Site foaming is applied to the surface of a concrete body 11 to form a synthetic resin foamed foundation layer 12 such as a urethane foam, conductive paint is applied to the surface of the synthetic resin foamed foundation layer 12 to form a conductive paint layer 13, and a synthetic resin foamed protecting layer 14 such as a urethane foam is provided on the surface of the conductive paint layer 13 with site foaming to form a sandwich structure. The site foaming eliminates joint portions, the foundation layer of the urethane foam avoids the influences of the expansion of the concrete body, and the urethane foam covers the concrete body to prevent damage thereto.
