PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily arrange a plurality of parking spaces 10, 11, 12 in a multi-row-type multi-story parking facility 1 even on the sites having different shapes. SOLUTION: Loading/unloading chambers 7, 8 are provided on both sides of an empty lot 6 with an entrance and an exit in a manner of sandwiching the empty lot 6 between them. A one-side parking space 10 including the loading/unloading chamber 7, the other one-side parking space 11 including the other loading/unloading chamber 8, and a middle parking space 12 including the empty lot 6 between the one-side parking spaces 10, 11 are arranged in parallel along a vehicle's loading/unloading direction Y connecting the empty lot 6 and both loading/unloading chambers 7, 8. Each of the parking spaces 10, 11, 12 has a conveying means for conveying a vehicle 47 via conveyance routes between the loading/unloading chambers 7, 8 and each of storing chambers 15, 25, 36, 37, 38. The conveyance route of the middle parking space 12 is branched from the conveyance route of the one-side parking space 10, and the conveyance route of the middle parking space 12 and the conveyance route of the one-side parking space 10 have a common conveyance route in a predetermined zone from the loading/unloading chamber 7.
