PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly respond to various change in weather by protecting laundry or bedding from rain and timely ensuring the amount of sunshine and ventilation in case that the weather gets better. SOLUTION: In this all-weather habitable environment control system, a support member of a weather strip member is fixed to a boundary part of a habitable space such as a porch for placing laundry or bedding so as not to be wetted by rain from the outside. The weather strip member is stored and pulled out by moving a plurality of rectangular thin plates arranged openably and closably in the arrangement direction. This system includes a power means for operating the storage of the weather strip member and the fixing angle of the rectangular thin plates. A determination means determines a raining state or not.
