摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new measuring method and a measuring device capable of directly and easily measuring an oxygen amount or a hydroxyl radical amount in blood in real time. SOLUTION: A fiber probe provided with a sharp-pointed part, for which an opening is formed at a distal end and coating for interrupting light is applied to the other parts is used. The opening at the sharp-pointed part distal end of the fiber probe is put in the blood, a laser beam is made incident on the fiber probe, and evanescent light is generated from the opening at the sharp-pointed part distal end of the fiber probe. Raman scattering light or fluorescent light generated by the interaction of the evanescent light with oxygen or hydroxyl radical in the blood is detected, and the oxygen amount or the hydroxyl radical amount in the blood is measured on the basis of the detected result.
