PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of preventing confusion of a player by appropriately announcing information to the player. SOLUTION: One pattern is selected for each of reels 350A, 350B and 350C which are stopped to display patterns, and a straight line connecting the centers of the selected patterns is a basic line, while a bending line connecting the centers of the selected patterns is an irregular line. A lottery of a hand is executed based on the starting operation, and the rotation of the reels 350A, 350B and 350C is started. After that, when the rotation of the reels 350A, 350B and 350C is stopped by a reel driving part 194 based on the stopping operation by a player, and if there is a combination of patterns matching a part of patterns corresponding to the hand in the combination of patterns in the reels 350 before the rotation of the last reel 350 is stopped, the announcement of the presence of the matching combination is executed, but all the matching combinations are combinations of patterns on the irregular line, the announcement is prohibited.
