<p>A hybrid type medical external fixation device that can achieve a prompt social rehabilitation and can prevent any transformation due to degenerative joint disorder, and that can ease operating skills. There is provided a medical external fixation device comprising a proximal pin permitting piercing in the radius; a distal pin permitting piercing in the ossa digitorum (ossa metacarpalia); fracture site pins permitting piercing in bone pieces resulting from fracturing of the wrist joint; proximal pin clamp (6) capable of holding and immobilizing the proximal pin; distal pin clamp (7) capable of holding and immobilizing the distal pin; fracture site pin clamp (70) capable of holding and immobilizing a multiplicity of fracture site pins arranged; first rodlike member (11a) coupling the proximal pin clamp (6) with the fracture site pin clamp (70); and second rodlike member (11b) coupling the distal pin clamp (7) with the fracture site pin clamp (70), wherein the distal pin, the distal pin clamp (7) and the second rodlike member (11b) are detachable in the process of medical treatment.</p> |
