<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional method of providing a program rating in real time through a network that does not always acquire a program viewed in a community to which a viewer belongs in its real life such as a friend of the viewer because the method transmits viewing information to a particular server and an information providing apparatus processes data. <P>SOLUTION: A viewer registers information of members of as groups such as "family", "company" depending on a community to which the viewer belongs in its real life, and telephone numbers, electronic mail addresses, and IP addresses of mobile terminals to a memory dial list provided with a mobile communication terminal with a television broadcast reception function. When the mobile communication terminal with the television broadcast reception function views a program, the terminal transmits program information during viewing to other mobile communication terminals with the television broadcast reception function registered in the memory dial list and collects received program information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
