<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain antenna characteristics reducing influence on human bodies and obtaining high gain even in a folded state as to a case type dipole antenna to be used for a mobile radio apparatus or the like. <P>SOLUTION: In the portable radio terminal, a feeding point 3 is formed on a position other than the center part of a base board or a casing between a first element 1 and a second element 2 each of which is constituted of a base board or a conductive casing, and the dipole antenna is constituted of the first element 1, the second element 2 and the feeding point 3. A slot 9 started from the feeding point 3 is formed on the first element 1 or the 2nd element 2.
