<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade assembly in which distortion is hardly caused on a metal blade member, which easily realizes the improvement of durability and by which the metal blade member is easily made to abut on a developer carrier with uniform pressure. <P>SOLUTION: In the blade assembly 10 where the metal blade member 11 is fixed on a supporting member 12 and the metal blade member 11 is disposed so as to abut on the developer carrier 13, the supporting member 12 and the metal blade member 11 are stuck with an adhesive, and both the difference of a solubility factor between the adhesive and the metal blade member 11 and the difference of a solubility factor between the adhesive and the supporting member 12 are both ≤15, and also cutting elongation percentage after the adhesive is hardened or solidified is set to ≥350%, and tensile strength is set to ≥3MPa. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
