<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abdominal aortic aneurysm device overcoming various disadvantages associated with large endoprostheses. <P>SOLUTION: An anchoring and sealing component of a device for treating abdominal aortic aneurysm includes bifurcated legs attached to increase the column strength of the component.
