PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing control device capable of shortening the transmission time and reducing the storage capacity for storing image data in an image control block. SOLUTION: An image processing block is equipped with a capturing means for two-dimensional image data; a first positional information extracting means which extracts the shape information of valid data from data of the capturing means; a shift detecting means which detects image shift information from the shape information; and a compositing means which reads data from a reading means, in accordance with the quantity of the shift and superimposes them. The image control block is equipped with a second positional information extracting means which extracts the shape information of valid data from data output by the image compositing means; and a data-extracting means which extracts required data on the basis of the positional information. In the image processing control device, superimposed data are sent from the compositing means, thereby reducing the amount of transmission data.
