PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phosphazene compound having a high flame retardant property (an acid anhydride having a phosphazene skeleton) without bleeding from a mixed resin composition, having a high heat resistance and having remaining property in the resin, and a flame retardant resin composition and a flame retardant resin-molded article by using the same. SOLUTION: This acid anhydride obtained by bonding a cyclic phosphazene with an aromatic acid anhydride by an ester bond is provided. Also, the flame retardant resin composition is characterized by containing the acid anhydride and a thermoplastic resin and/or thermosetting resin.
