PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock releasing device capable of stably supporting articles on an article mounting surface of a cargo chamber sectioning member by eliminating an erroneous operation of an operating member on the cargo chamber sectioning member side. SOLUTION: This device 43 is constituted of the operating member (a handle 48) oscillatably provided on the cargo chamber sectioning member (rear cargo board 13) capable of sectioning a cargo chamber R, a locking member (a U-shaped pin 33) provided in the cargo chamber sectioning member to lock the cargo chamber sectioning member at a desired position of the cargo chamber, a driving member (a cam member 54) for driving the locking member to switch the locking member to an engagement state (an engagement position Q1) and a non-engagement state (a releasing position Q2), and a changeover member (a switch member) capable of switching an interlocking state (an opposed position B1) for interlocking the driving of the driving member with an oscillating operation of the operating member and a non-interlocking state (a non-opposed position B0) for preventing the driving from interlocking with the operation of the operating member.
