PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent effective log data from disappearing caused by log data of a fault generated repeatedly by a re-try processing, and to make the log data more effective, in a printing apparatus. SOLUTION: In the printing apparatus wherein receiving of printing data, data analysis and conversion, and printing operation are operated in parallel, and which has a function for collecting and holding obstructions generated in respective operations and main phenomena in the time series and in the order of generation as the log data, a means for comparing the last log data with the data to be logged next is equipped.
