PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow structure plate constituted by laminating a surface material having good surface smoothness and excellent design properties, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This hollow structure plate is constituted by laminating the surface material 2, in a state of being interleaved by an adhesive sheet 3, on the surface of at least one side of the hollow structure plate 1 having the hollow parts partitioned by many bosses or ribs between a pair of parallel liner panels.
