HYDROFORMING DIE HAVING MOVABLE DIE, AND METALLIC BRANCH PIPE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a hydroforming die having a movable die with which a metallic branch pipe is stably formed. SOLUTION: This die is a hydroforming die for bulging branch pipes in one or a plurality of places by using one or a plurality of movable dies. The metallic branch pipe is formed with a die of which the radius of curvature of a corner part in the cross section vertical to the main pipe axis of a die which is opposed to the predetermined part of bulging of the branch pipes is not less than 0.2 times the width of predetermined bulging parts, a die which is divided into an upper die and a lower die and the movable die of which is supported with only the lower die in the above die and a die of which the radius of curvature in the corner part opposed to the branch pipe bulged in the cross section perpendicular to the main-pipe axis is not less than 0.2 times the width of the branch pipe.
