PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive plaster for shortening a healing period by accelerating drying while protecting the lesion of a relatively large area. SOLUTION: For the adhesive plaster 1, an adhesive material layer 3 is laminated on the back surface of a base material sheet 2, a flat pad 4 is stuck to the roughly center part of the adhesive material layer 3, the outer surface is protected by release paper 5, and an annular member 6 is interposed between the pad 4 and the release paper 5. At the time of use, the release paper 5 is released from the adhesive material layer 3 and stuck to the skin so as to house the lesion inside the annular member 6. An air layer is formed between the pad 4 and the lesion by the presence of the annular member 6. Since the pad 4 is at a position separated from the lesion, even in the case that a thing or the like touches a part corresponding to the lesion for some reasons, a touching impact is mitigated.
