摘要 The high frequency photoelectron source consists of a superconducting hf resonator with integrated cathode. A high-frequency magnetic field, also known as TE mode, is superimposed on the accelerating high-frequency field. The TE mode is preferably rotationally symmetric in relation to the beam axis.
