AUTOMATIC MACHINE SYSTEM AND AUTOMATIC MACHINE MANAGEMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently change business applications corresponding to individual automatic machines without stopping operation of the individual automatic machines.

SOLUTION: A management terminal 320 which can communicate with a plurality of automatic machines 110A1to 110Amand a plurality of remote terminals 330A1 to 330An which execute business applications using data from any of the automatic machines logged in as input are included in a center system 300. A remote terminal management table in which a business ID and a terminal ID of the business application of each remote terminal are registered is stored in a storage device of the management terminal 320. The management terminal 320 reads, when accepting a request including the business ID from any of the automatic machines, the terminal ID made to correspond to the business ID from the remote terminal management table and transmits it to an automatic machine at a request origin. The automatic machine logs in, when accepting the terminal ID, a terminal indicated by the terminal ID.
