<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device which can suppress fluctuation in the illumination intensity of fluorescence by temperatures and can suppress fluctuation of coordinates (color temperature) of white chromaticity diagram. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting device comprises a semiconductor laser element 100, a component member which is provided at the outside of the semiconductor laser element 100 and has wavelength selectivity to threshold gain, and a phosphor layer in which a phosphor which absorbs the light from the semiconductor laser element 100 and emits fluorescence is dispersed. Thereby, in this lighting device, suppression of fluctuation in fluorescence intensity and suppression of color temperature can be controlled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
