<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material rounding device for rounding a kneading material to a globular shape intended for appropriately effectively rounding a ground fish meat material. <P>SOLUTION: This material rounding device has a belt conveyor 12 and a material rolling device 14 for bringing a material m to a globular shape through rolling the material m on the belt conveyor. The material rolling device has a plurality of ring members 20 arranged and fixed in the circumferential direction on a rotation driving ring 18. Each ring member rolls one by one on a material receiving position F, a discharge position D and the receiving position F in order through rotating the rotation driving ring 18.
