<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink for ink-jet recording, having excellent long-term storage stability and suppressed bleeding and interference of adjacent drops of the ejected ink, enabling the formation of a high-quality image and having excellent fixability of the image to the recording medium and provide an image-forming method to use the ink. <P>SOLUTION: The ink for ink-jet recording forms an image on a recording medium by ejecting a plurality of liquids. The multiple liquids contain a set of compounds reactive with each other to form an agglomerate or to increase the viscosity such as (A') a compound having an acid component and (B') a compound having a base component in a state independently in each liquid, the multiple liquids further contain a polymerizable compound and a polymerization initiator independently or at the same time and at least one of the multiple liquid contains (E) a coloring material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
