<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an electronic album, regardless of a factor being an obstacle on the Internet without using the Internet, to easily specify a certain pupil, even if it is the electronic album of the whole grade, and to simplify production work of the electronic album. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic album-producing data part 11 of a storage device 10 is provided with a classified by school folder 20, a class-classified folder 21 in a lower hierarchy thereof, and a group-classified folder 22 in a lower hierarchy thereof, and a vacant copied data folder 23 in a lower hierarchy thereof. A spot folder 14 is provided with a plurality of spot files, each being previously assumed with a place (a spot) thought to be visited by a pupil, and a lower hierarchy of the spot file is provided with an image folder 17 and an HTML file 18 storing an impression report of the pupil. The spot file, corresponding to the spot visited by the pupil, is copied to the copied data folder 23 from the spot folder 14.
