<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf ball 2 excellent in a flying performance, a control performance and durability. <P>SOLUTION: The golf ball 2 is provided with a core 4, an intermediate layer 6, a reinforcing layer 8, and a cover 10. For the base material polymer of the intermediate layer 6, an ionomer resin is a main component. The hardness Hm of the intermediate layer 6 measured by a Shore D hardness meter is≥55. The base material polymer of the reinforcing layer 8 is thermosetting resin. For the base material polymer of the cover 10, a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer is the main component. The nominal thickness Tc of the cover 10 is≤0.6mm. The hardness Hc of the cover 10 measured by the Shore D hardness meter is≤54. The ratio (Tr/Tc) of the thickness Tr of the reinforcing layer to the nominal thickness Tc of the cover is≥0.005 and≤3.0. The golf ball 2 is provided with dimples 2 having a depth Dp.
