<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit module and electronic equipment which ensure the mechanical strength of a mounting board at a spot where a through-hole is formed. <P>SOLUTION: The circuit module 1 includes the mounting board 2 on the surface which a plurality of circuit elements are fixed. A fixing hole 9 is formed to penetrate the mounting board 2, on which a fixing plate 4B is fixed so as to cover the fixing hole 9. A first fixing hole 9A is formed on the periphery of the mounting board 2, where the fixing hole 9A is so formed as to be continuous with the outer peripheral end of the mounting board 2 and a first fixing plate 4A is fixed to the mounting board 2 so as to cover the first fixing hole 9A.
