摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent power loss between a current collection electrode and a photovoltaic body from being generated and to increase the resistance of the current collection electrode to mechanical stress, by increasing the stability of a manufacturing method for the current collection electrode formed by bonding a metal thin wire with a conductive resin coating to the photovoltaic body by thermo-compression. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the photovoltaic body includes: a 1st stage of fixing the metal thin wire coated with conductive resin to a main surface of the photovoltaic body; and a 2nd stage of pressing an elastic film against the photovoltaic body and metal thin wire while tensing the elastic film by a mechanical means moving in accordance with the expansion of the elastic film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p>
